LVH vs Caesars

The day of the takeover, July 16th or so I believe, I had $117 worth of food
comps at the Hilton. Next time I went to the Hilton, I had $47. So decided
to check out Caesars and the missing $70 had moved to to the strip. That
entire $117 was earned at the Hilton, so I consider Caesars "stole" the gold so to
speak. Aw shucks I can eat at Bradley Ogdens at Caesars real soon now. They
say you need $95 per person for dinner there. When we left Caesars, we had
$167 worth of food comps. We have played at CP twice this year and probably only
an hour or two each trip. Plan to get back a coupole of more times and dine
at Ogdens. Don't really plan to play at Caesars, epecially when Harrah's
takes over and the 9/6 JB becomes 8/5 or lower. VPQQ

I thingk I have about $500 in comp credit. Do I have to use on food
or are there some shops that I can spend my $$ in?

Ogden's is excellent. If you're in the mood for something lighter there, I recommend the
hamburger (served only in the bar). It is made from Kobe beef and served on a fresh baked
bun with a side of fries and a light salad. Best hamburger I've ever had but it's $20.

Jeep,

The Caesars comps can only be spent in the resturants (not the ones
in the forum shops) or in the Caesars' owned gift shops. Last month
I was tried to use points for the shops in the Hotel and was told I
couldn't.
