Also discovered another little quirk in the LVH world of comps - unless you
take a 72 hour break between "trips" they will average your entire stay
whether you play or not. I checked in on a Monday and stayed for two nightson the "Fall" offer. Checked out and went to MSS for 2 nights, then did the
"Fall' offer again 48 hours later. When I checked my coin in at the booth I
was told I had seven days play! That really cut the coin in average, and I
assume will adversely effect future offers? Live and learn...........
This has been reported before but it's easy to overlook.
I wonder if other PPE properties do this?
So I guess the general rules of thumb for trip-average casinos are:
--Stay away for at least 3 - 4 days so your trip average isn't ruined (for
PPE & maybe others?)
--Stay away in between trips & do not go in for casual play so your trip
average isn't ruined (for all trip-average casinos) unless you plan to have
significant play when you "drop" in.
