Hi there Gene
That's exactly the way my host in a different property explained to
me. That was at Bally in AC. According to my host, now player
development rep at Taj, It's up to the host to sort these things out.
For instance, if player gets sick on one trip and spends 2 days in
bed with flu, play will be way down. The hosts job is to look at long
term history. The players job is to let host know if something
happened. The computer controls a lot but the host has some wiggle
room to override computer. The host should be our friend.
Question for you. I am scheduled to go Vegas on Sept 30 Oct 10. Last
time I was in LVH was middle Sept last year. It was my first stay
there. They brought me in RFB on my first stay. They gave me a small
type "suite" that was on ground floor. A step down living room that
had slider to the pool area. It was a 4 day stay. From your
experience how long does the LVH keep ones play record in the
computer without losing comp credit? I haven't been getting many
mail offers of late. I don't know the total Dollar action I gave
them. I do remember my CB was in the high $400.s and my wifes was
about the same. We have seperate accounts. However, I think I have
heard the CB has been greatly reduced this year. I will want to be at
LVH for convention. I would hate to lose comp credits.
Any info appreciated.....Whitejeeps
The following exchange took place between my host and me at LVH. I
stay there 5 or 6 times per year and always play a minimum of $20K
per day, and go in comped upfront at the C-2 level. I didn't want to
jeopardize my rating with a short trip's play.
"I am planning on being in Vegas later this month, but will only be
there for one night. If I stay at LVH for only one night, and only
play
one-third of the amount that I normally play on a three night stay,
will
that affect my rating and future offers and qualifications?
Hope all is well with you.
Thanks
Gene"
HER REPLY:
Hi Gene
"The number of days is taken into account, so if your play is one
third
of normal, that should work out just fine. Just let me know the
day,
and I will take care of the arrangements for you.
See you then."
