In answer to your second question about multi-points, Key Largo is another
good one at 1% cashback with a base rate of .25% and 4x points Sundays
through Thursdays in October. I found this on Scot Krause's list of Slot
Club Bonus Points on the Las Vegas Advisor site. It's a great list of
casinos offering multi-points to anyone.

Related to highest cashback, doesn't MSS come close in ranking now if you
add their scratch cards, if that's valid to add. I've heard of people adding
from .4 to .6% due to them.

Then take into account their frequent 2X and 3X promotions, but I don't know
if locals get those too.

I have found that adding .5% for scratch cards at MSS is a fair average. Makes for a good play.
