Should anyone have any better ideas on how I should handle
this, please feel free to suggest them.

Depending on the exact verbiage of the memo (the one that led you to believe
you'd have a comp/cash rateof .8), I'd consider filing a complaint with
Gaming Control. Of course, that would be burning your bridge with Resorts, but
sounds like you have no intention of going back there. Perhaps an anonymous
complaint? No idea how those are treated.

The relevant verbiage reads exactly as follows. "To earn your
rewards, just play all your favorite slot machines with your Resorts
International Player's Club Card. For approximately every $125 coin-
in, you'll receive 1 reward dollar. Previously, you had to play $150
to get $1.00 in cash back."

Because of the allusion to the old slots (not video poker) cash
back rate, I *might* buy that the .8% rate applies only to slot
players. Even granting that I still see a couple of problems.

1.) I did play a slot machine, and received only .31% in reward
dollars. Still a far cry from .8%.

2.) If, indeed, slot players and video poker players have
different cash/comp rates under the new system, it seems to me
incumbent upon the casino to spell out that difference.

As far as not going back there, I'll wait to see how the Hilton
handles this situation before I make a final decision.
