Since the Hilton has supposedly fixed the error in their system
regarding cash back, has anyone determined what the actual rate is for
the popular video poker machines?
Also, if you'll recall, when they had two separate cash back and comp
balances, cash back rates (.33% at that time) accrued equally for
everyone and the comp account accrued at a different pace depending
upon what level (C1, C2,...) you were brought in on. For instance, a
C1 comp account accrued much more slowely than a C4 because you were
already being comped up front. Now that the two accounts have been
merged (and if I'm not mistaken you can use your points for cash or
comps) does anyone know if a C1 account is building up points at the
same level a C3 is building them up?
