LVH - All American Poker

I'm happy to say that the AA continues to survive at the LVH.
Unfortunately, the double cashback situaton mentioned earlier this year
no longer exists.

Neil,

Do you know whether there has been a change of cashback for the
pick 'em machines in the spacequest casino?

If you ignore the possibility of a RF in pick 'em (~ 1 in 350,000),
the basic game , without cashback, returns about 99.6%. So the
cashback component of pick 'em is fairly critical.

Also Neil, did your host mention whether the combined account (after
Sept. 1) would be a cashback account or a comp account?

Regards,

Slowpoke

SP,

Here's how my host answered the cashback/comp question:

"The points and comp dollars are going to be combined, but that should
make things easier for everyone. If you have cash, you can apply it
wherever you wish."

The "wherever" line makes me think that it is going to be comp only.
However, I could be misreading this.

I don't know personally about the pick'em cashback. However,
comments I heard from others suggested that that bonanza is gone as
well.

My inference was that the combined account would be a cash account,
and that it is the comp account that is being discontinued.

Just got my October letter - it states "...cash and comps will be
combined so you may take them any way you like." So, it does look
like that the comp account is going away; no idea if the .33% will
change or not.

Sadly, I can confirm that cashback is now .33% on PE as well.
