Does this end on Jan 31 (which is Monday) or Jan 30 (Sunday)?

Does the offer actually use the phrase "up to"? If so, they
technically could award 25x points for any time period under six
hours, like say for just five minutes, and still be within the terms
of the offer as stated. Not that any casino would do anything so
sneaky.
