LVA Question of the Day

Q: If you're accused of cheating, to what extent do the
casinos have the authority to detain and or question you,
and do they have to involve Gaming Control and/or the
police? Do you have the right to an attorney before you
answer any questions? If they detain you, does it
constitute a legal arrest?
