Q: During a recent stay at the Rio I logged on twice
with my laptop, but it took three or four attempts
before each one connected. The hotel charged my account
for all of the attempts at $1.25 each. They did remove
the charges when I questioned them, but I'm afraid there
are many people getting charged for calls that were not
completed. Is this a standard practice in Las Vegas hotels?
