Q: In your December 4 answer about hitting a Powerball jackpot
and buying a casino, you mentioned that getting licensed to own
a casino is complicated and expensive. I always believed that
since Nevada is by the casinos, for the casinos, and of the
casinos, it would be easy to go into the gambling business there.
