The Yukon Grille at Arizona Charlie's Boulder has great Escargot. Here's the description copied from their website - "Escargot Pernod - $9.00 French helix snails sautéed with butter, garlic, fresh herbs, and pernod in puff pastry"
I've had them several times, and all I can say is "YUM"!!!
