Q: On my last trip to Las Vegas I wanted to use the LVA
coupon for the Cloud Nine balloon ride but could not find
it. I don't have a car while in town but I had heard it was
across from Mandalay Bay. I walked down there but couldn't
see anything? Is it walkable from the Strip?
