Q: I recently was sent an offer from Planet Hollywood for the
Miss America Pageant. I called to book the offer, which included
two free tickets to the pageant and $150 in chips, only to be
told that it was a mistake that I was sent the offer and they
would not honor it. Does this happen often and should I pursue
it further or just accept that they made a mistake?
