LVA Question of the Day - 28 MAY 2007

Q: In a recent answer, you noted that access to the Hard Rock
pool is $20 for day use. The Hard Rock pool has swim-up blackjack.
I thought Nevada Gaming Regulations prevented charging for access
to a gaming table. I know there was a regulation change for the
Playboy Club. Does this regulation change mean that everyone (Hard
Rock included) can put tables in exclusive areas or do you need a
Gaming Control waiver?
