Q: We recently drove by the defunct Moulin Rouge, which I
understand was the first and only casino built to market to
a black clientele during a time when black entertainers were
not allowed to stay at the Strip hotels they were performing
at. I know that plans were in the works to restore it in the
last couple of years before it was seriously damaged by a
suspicious fire. Are there any current plans for this property?
