Q: After 15 years of gambling, I experienced something new and
possibly illegal. I was playing roulette with $25 inside chips.
The size of the ball was changed a couple of times. I have seen
ball changes, but never different sizes. The dealer even
mentioned he was changing from a "boulder" to a "pebble."
Is this legal?
