Q: Can you tell us more about Jean, NV? I've read things
here and there about its origins, and that MGM bought the
properties to create some sort of residential community (if
I remember correctly), but as we know, they've torn down one
casino and haven't done anything with it yet. So, I guess my
questions are: Why is it that two hotel/casinos were built
in such a seemingly random location (and were able to
survive so long), and is there any update about future plans
for the land?
