This is pretty interesting.

I immagine Tony doesn't get into the numbers, but according to this a
casino's taxes 6.75% of COIN IN. I think he means income, not revenue, but
it's interesting.

Gross Gaming Revenue is the net hold on tables and games (total wagers
less total payouts).
