Q: I was driving into Reno from the east last week when I saw
a huge building being constructed on the outskirts of the city.
It's near the Sparks Blvd. exit off I-80 and I would estimate
it to be about 10 stories tall. I didn't stop in Reno, so I
couldn't ask anybody. Do you know what it is?
