Q: This one is for Jean Scott. Regarding the decrease in comps
and casinos refiguring their comp policies, I noticed that
Harrah's Total Rewards players club has shortened their point
expiration period to 6 months from the date of last play. All the
rest of the clubs at other casinos (at least in Nevada) use 12
months or longer. Is this a recent change and what is the
response out there from other players?
