Q: If I were to get read the dreaded "Trespass
warning" by say, Harrah's casino security and the
Las Vegas cops are NOT involved, would that mean
I am barred from all Harrah's-owned casinos or
just the ones in Nevada?

You aren't banned from any of them. The trespass law is only applicable at
the site of the infraction and is for police to enforce. Security officers
[guards] are citizens and can't enforce laws, unless a very serious crime if
being committed, but that leaves the security company open for law suits [STOP
OR I'LL SHOOT is a no no for a security officer]. Security officers can call
the police and take pictures of the trespasser while the police are taking
information. The subject is released, the security officers are given a red card
with a number on it. If the trespasser returns in a 6 month period he/she is
arrested (by police) and goes to jail.

I used to be a security guard and was told to tell people three times "You
are trespassing on private property and if you don't leave I'll call Metro."
Sometimes when I was having a bad day I'd say, "You are trespassing on private
property and if you don't leave right now... I'll... I'll... I'll...
probably lose my job" They would feel sorry for me and leave.

JT, sometimes he slept so much on the job, he'd go home and couldn't sleep.
