Anyway, here's a dissenting opinion; This is a great time to
visit LV! The city is full of bargains.

Mayor Oscar Goodman is "hotter than fish grease" over Obama's remarks
about Las Vegas. Wells Fargo cancelled a convention. Goldman Sachs
moved a scheduled three day conference from Las Vegas to San
Francisco over Obama's remarks. I heard they paid a $600,000
cancellation fee. And I doubt seriously that they get a better hotel
package in San Francisco. Just the hotel tax alone is about 3 times
what you would pay in Las Vegas.
I'm sure other companies will avoid Las Vegas and go to other cities
just to avoid the publicity.
