LVA Question of the Day - 12 DEC 2010

Q: When I was downtown I noticed the neon signs on Fremont
East between El Cortez and Fremont Experience. The red
high-heel shoe is interesting. What hotel did that come
from? The Silver Slipper is one of my favorites and I saw
that in the Neon Museum and did not know that there was
another shoe.

Wasn't Silver City the only non-smoking casino, not Silver Slipper? Was Silver City once named Silcer Slipper?

Yes it was the only non smoking casino in Vegas. Used to play there when I got bored at the Stardust.
