there isn't any mention of this in their newspaper ads, and

Terry, you aren't answering the question asked. The Las Vegas Advisor
Pocketbook of Values coupon doesn't say "no wild card machine", just "no wild
cards". Therefore, the coupon CAN be used on ANY video poker machine at the
Palms, including the fp Deuces progressive.
The current October promotion's rules DO eliminate all wild card games from
the promo. You must read the posted complete rules on the sign by the slot
club in order to learn this.
