Does anyone know what shows are available for free or 2 for 1
from Caesars/Harrah's for low level Diamond card holders?
The list of free or BOGO tickets changes frequently but I believe you can call the main CET reservations number 800-223-7277, ask for VIP Reservations. They will tell you what shows are available to you and reserve tickets for you too.
Note that many shows are dark during mid-December.
