Somebody probably belatedly found out what happened to the Tuscany
when they ran a very similar promotion (the bonus turned out to be
worth over 3%, especially with strategy variations, and they got pro-
pounded and lost a ton of bucks).

For a while, they had two new IGT paytables, a 99.95 Deuces (NSUD, but
15-11) and a 10-6-40sf DDB on the Spin Poker, also 99.95. It was sort
of hush hush, because Railroad will never be mistaken for Caesars in
terms of amenities, but with the triple points on Thurs, it was a
decent play. They've been gone since December.
As an aside, the 15-11 is a lot of fun to play and a challenge to play
perfectly. Playing a 16-10 strategy, and adding a few basic plays
(like knowing to draw to 2234s over 22, and playing any open SF2 with
minor pen) will get you to at least 99.9.
