Good morning, we just got back from Las Vegas and spent a few
days at the Plaza. I wanted to give you an update:
As for 9/6 JoB, the listing seems correct, although the poker
room has been moved so many times that it's not really a good
point of reference. However, there are a few new 9/6 machines:
There's a row of five MGMD 25c/50c/$1 slant-tops next to the
south entrance door, and also a set of six MGMD 50c/$1/$2/$5
slant-tops in the Winner's Circle (in the center of the casino).
As for 9/6 DDB, I don't play this, but these are scattered
everywhere, mostly on MGMD machines, at 25c and higher levels.
There are a few short-pay machines, but most of the DDB at those
levels are 9/6. Specifically, there are eight MGMD 25c uprights
near the players club; six MGMD 25c/50c/$1 slant-tops near the
craps tables, three 25c MGMD slant-tops near Lucky's Sports Book
Bar and seven MGMD 25c/50c/$1 slant-tops (a row of five, same as
the JoB's above, and two of the machines in a cluster of eight)
at the south entrance door.
By the way, I was also over at the Las Vegas Club, playing
downtown deuces (all three are still there; all old
coin-droppers), and I'm pretty sure I saw at least one 9/6 JoB
machine, but I couldn't swear to it. Sorry I didn't write it
down. I see that there's a casino monitor, though (pdasarese),
hopefully he/she can have a gander.
