For tourists, the best I've found is the main library. It's on
Flamingo, just east of Maryland Parkway. You can walk from the Strip
if you have time and want exercise. [Maybe 1.5 miles.] Or you can
take the Flamingo CAT bus. [But then it won't be free.]
They have about eight computers upstairs in the Reference Room that
may be used for 30 minutes.
For longer use -- and often less wait -- there are 20+ more
downstairs.
Either floor, you sign up and "must be present to win" when your turn
comes. I've never had to wait very long; but the must-be-present
requirement means that you'd better bring or find something to read
in the computer room while you wait. -- GGMan

Can you or some other Las Vegas local's add where are the public
library's
with free Internet? Especially the one's that don't have a long wait
to get on.
Thanx.
