What are the hotel rooms like at Main Street Station? Ray

The rooms at Main Street are OK, they are clean and well maintained. They are of average size, the bathrooms are a little small, but the tub and toilet are in a separate room. I stay there fairly often and find them to be no problem at all. They have shutters on the windows, so if you are extremely light sensitive you may want to use a sleep Mask. The train tracks and freeway are nearby, but they never bother me.

Regards
A.P.

One word describes MSS rooms - NASTY. Maybe two words if you include
DISGUSTING. Hotel staff was either incompetent or rude (or both)
depending on who you were dealing with, and the Hosts couldn't
possibly care less about the hotel end of the operation. The casino
and restaurants were quite OK and we did enjoy those, but I wouldn't
stay there again. Ever.

I've stayed at MSS in both suites and reg rooms at least 15 times and have
never had a problem. Basic but clean. The shutters do let in some light and
it can be noisy. We always use a wind machine to cover the noise. High floor
low even numbered rooms are the quietest.

Sorry-Should be "low ODD numbered rooms"

Based on one stay, I would say average for downtown. Clean but nothing particularly special or exciting... unless you consider the constant expressway and train noise as special and exciting. Oh, and the presence of a clock radio is nice compared to the LV Club whose management I can only imagine considers it too much of a luxury for the budget traveller;-)
