Two weeksago I spent one night at LVH. It surpassed my expectations.
I hadn't stayed there in quite a few yrs. Gambled 2 hrs on crap
tables and 3 hrs on 25 centVP.They picked up Fand B on leaving. They
had a good selection of VP. Just got my first mail offer. Thats
fast.3 nights comp and $100 gift certificate.They seem hungry. I will
return.

What was your average bet at the dice table and how much was your initial
buy in? I played eight hours of vp there last year, on a one night say and
did not get ANY offers.

Are you saying that you receive no room offers whatsoever? That would
be astounding on that type of play there. Out of curiousity, do you
recall how much cashback you earned?

I have not received a single offer from the LVH since I played there in
July. I am ashamed to report I not only played vp for eight hours but also
played 2 hours of slots and machine BJ. I can't remember how much cash
back I received but I know I got some. I do remember getting a $50 'flight
credit" airline coupon which required a certain amount of play. I activated
it in December and have to use it by June 16, 2002. There are some hoops you
must jump through, including using a certain travel agency and booking a
flight that cost at least $250 round trip. I didn't hit anything big but
was not a big loser either as I recall. I stayed at the LVH because of an
AA Advantage promotion that required a one night Hilton and six or seven
other "tasks" for 5,000 bonus miles (which I did earn). I booked the room on
a special offer (mailing), which I used to receive from LVH periodically..
But nothing has been sent to me since July 2002. Even the Texas Station,
Boulder Station and Fiesta Rancho send me discounted room offers for less
play than I had at the LVH.

I can't suggest how you might get yourself on the mailings for offers
short of playing there again but I would advise calling to speak to a
host just to check on the status of your account, saying that you
haven't received any mailings since your play.
With the play you describe, I would fully expect that anytime you
might be interested in returning to the property that a call to the
host would provide a comped room at minimum.

Thanks, Harry, I will keep that in mind. Right now, I have more offers than
I can use from other properties. I'll be in LV for eight nights starting
May 22 but have already have those rooms comped at other properties. I
usually return in July or August and will probably follow your advice and
contact a host at LVH for a night.. It will be a year in July that I last
stayed at LVH. The room was very nice but I can't take more than one night
without FPDW. <G> .

Ditto. I played there an hour and a half in November, lost $100, and got an offer for a reduced rate room. For your play, you should get more than that.
