Moderating is a problem for sure. Over moderating can also take the heart
out of a group. AOL used give to the moderators near freedom to reign. The
result.... near chaos as the moderators became the problem. Just as you feel
that," contributors would be moderated into oblivion" if you had anything to
say about it I would have moderators moved to the point of oblivion.
