No it wasn't. I had made my reservation by phone. When I got there the days and promotion on my reservation was incorrect and they had to reenter the reservation. They must have entered it as not responding to a mailed offer and proceeded to use my RC for the room. Most mailed offers form Caesars for tournatments and other promos require you to book by phone.
This was my first time there after the TR conversion. Next time I'll be more careful and insistent.
