This guy, if he's smart he'll call Bob Nersesian (Advantage Player
Attorney
of Choice) and sue the crap out of the Cannery and in all likelihood
he will
get paid. $20-$30K is the typical out of court settlement for a
case like
this.
In his book, Nercessian said a case like this maybe would settle for
between $5000 and $15000. Of course, his book is a few years old now
and maybe things have changed. But he also stated in his book that he
did not wish to be contacted as he was backed up with cases. He has
stated that most lawyers don't like these type of cases because there
is no money in it for them. Nercessian is a crusader and I believe he
made sacrifices of other more lucrative cases to take these casino
security abuse cases for the common good. We owe him for that. But
the guy does have to make a living.
