Hi,
We both received the cruise also. Llast year it cost us $580 total for both of us (inc taxes) to upgrade to a balcony cabin from an oceanview. A pretty good deal for an 8 night cruise.
It took me oven an hour to get paid at the Casino of hte Wind bar. They apologized but that is pretty ridiculous.

Yes I got the same thing, my wife got a free cruise, but last years free trip, cost so much in taxes we didn't do it, as online offers were cheaper than the taxes. We also got free play, and used our shopping this past weekend. Waited 30 minutes for a payout, because the first person came without a wallet, and the 4 others who showed up couldn't do anything. Another person waited 45 minutes to get payed. One of the staff said this is the only place that still has pickem, and they are in the process of getting rid of it. The lounges were dirty, with little food. Worst of all the golf store was sold out of Pro V-1s. Longhouse changed it's menu again, and it wasn't that good except the asparagus which was peeled. A new Bobby Flay restaurant, and Pepe's pizza are coming in. Good luck and royals to all. Ciao Don

Anyone get the luggage offer for April 5? That was definitely one screwed
up promotion - when I called to reserve it, the phone number on the card was
incorrect and I was given a new number; two cards came - one for a set that
will be given away between 10 AM and 2 PM, second was for a larger piece of
Samsonite that is to be given away between 4 PM and 8 PM. I thought the
marketing department decided that they wanted people to hang around for the entire
day and that's why they split it up like this....turns out (according to the
person on the phone) that you have your choice of either offer, but can't use
both....doesn' t say anything like that on either card. Whoever dreamed this
one up really blew it! The other offers I've received recently are free play
- $75 for March 22 and $100 for March 27. Free play offers that are
specific for just one day are sometimes tough for me to use - I like it better when
they give you at least a couple of days to work with.
