Lucky Streak at Majestic Star II

This wasn't my lucky streak, but it is too good a story to not pass on.

I was at the MS II Saturday AM. There are four machines in a circle
off to the right coming into the VP room. They are $5 and $25 to play.

One of the morning regulars was single coining one of the machines at
$5. He catches a royal for $1250. He is playing Double Triple. He
moves to the next machine and is playing full coin at $5. He is dealt
a royal for $20,000. He takes this in CASH. He moves to the next
machine and having hot money in his pocket is playing $25 double triple.
A few minutes later he has two aces, draws two more with a kicker for
$100,000. They shut the machine down to check it out. This all
happens within a half hour.

When I left later, he was still playing the fourth machine. I asked
him how he was doing. Not so good on that machine.

Amusing, but not good for the rest of us. MS is going to have their
machines running in "collector mode" for some time to make up for this
debacle.
