Just to play devil's advocate a little.
I think we can all agree that there are 2 factors that determine how you will do playing video poker. One is luck the other is skill.
As has been stated many times. "The more that you play, the more important the skill factor becomes" . I agree with this statement, however, the luck factor still exists, and if you have extraordinarily bad luck, you may never become a winner even if you have a good level of skill.
If you took a big enough survey of skillful players over a long period of play, and using the games that are readily available to most players, you are probably going to find some long term losers, especially because it is so hard to find a play situation that is good enough to give you a great advantage. I exclude from this list the pro's, I am talking about the majority of members of vpFREE who are skilled recreational players.
Now don't get me wrong. I believe that playing skillfully is extremely important, but don't think for a minute that it will guarantee a profit for the audience that I am talking about.
"Skill will guarantee you a better result than plaing without skill, given the same amount of luck". You can quote me on that one.
