Low Bank Roll with A Rental Car

My question is this, I will be in Las Vegas July 7th -
14th I am a LVA member, where would be the best place for
me to play with a low $500 bank roll. I am wanting to
really get some good comps and use some coupon's.. On
previous trips to Vegas, I have had a larger bankroll and
have been lucky enough to make it last for a long while.
I am staying at Paris for 3nights, las Vegas Hilton, and
Rio or harrahs, for free all the nights. But I do have a
car. Where would you suggest that I play.

Using your LVA coupons is a good way to stretch your
bankroll. Also there are many casinos in town with good 5c
and 25c video poker. Check the vpFREE cross-directory for
the games you want to play.

First click on the game that interests you in the cross
directory. Then click on a particular casino name to see
the detail database that includes machine locations within
the casino.

First, your bankroll is barely adequate for .25 play. It's VERY easy
to dump $200 or $300 in an hour at 10/7 DB or FPDW (the games you are
most likely to be playing). I would suggest:
1. Play .25 fullpay Joker at either the Palms, Fiesta Henderson, or
Fiesta Rancho. All of these properties have multiple point days and a
generous slot club. You can spread your play around to take advantage
of the multiple point days. The reason I recommend Joker is it's very
easy to play, and it's less "bumpy" (volatile) in that the payout is
spread among several premium hands, many of which are not that hard to
get (you get four of a kind every 104 hands, for example). By
contrast, if you don't hit quad deuces at FPDW, or premium quads at
DB/DDB, (or a royal), the session will probably be a bust.
2. Play 5-coin or 10-coin .05 FPDW at Fiesta Rancho. No way will you
go broke doing that unless your luck is ghastly. FR also has a few .05
10/7 DB if that floats your boat.
3. Play .25 10/7 DB at a Stations property, play SLOWLY, and take time
to snarf one of their excellent buffets. With an LVA coupon or
something you ought to be able to get 3X points and thus earn enough
for a buffet. The annoyance here is that the multiple points usually
don't post the same day.
4. Go to a Coast property and---no, scratch that. Orleans, Gold Coast,
etc. STILL don't deserve your, or my, business. And the vast majority
of the VP sucks anyway.
Good luck!!

If you have a car, you might want to try Casino Monti Lago in Lake Las Vegas. Its a long drive, but they have good machine's. My wife and I checked it out last month. I think their nickel Dueces Wild is full-pay, but we played quarters and Judy even hit the four two's. They have double point's Tuesday and Wednesday, and their little restarant has good food.
