Sure the wait for scratch cards seems a bit long sometimes, but 10-15
mins is not typical. The average is 5 minutes. The average scratch
card is close to $3. That's a $36 an hour rate for sitting and doing
nothing but enjoying your free drink. So much to dislike,~Ed from PA~
