There are four VIP lounges at Mohegan Sun. Three of them are open to
all Sagamore and Sachem card holders as well as to some players
whose ADT (average daily theo) is large enough. The fourth lounge is
located on the 33rd floor of the hotel and is only open to a
percentage of Sachem card holders.
The Arrowhead lounge is located through the glass doors at the back
of the High Limit slot room in the Earth casino. The Feather lounge
is located behind the Wolf Den and can be accessed by entering
through the high limit table area behind the Wolf Den. The Sachem
lounge is located in the High Limit area of Sky Casino.
The Sachem lounge is the largest followed by the Feather lounge and
then the Arrowhead lounge. I have found the food to be pretty much
the same at all of the lounges. They usually offer 2 hot items with
one of them being a pasta dish, Asian soup and some other soup, cold
cuts, rolls, salads, peeled shrimp, a fresh fruit bowl and a
selections of desserts.
I have found the Arrowhead lounge to be the least crowded; although
at times it can be busy as with all the lounges but, I usually find
it less busy. Also, because it is an enclosed room, it is cozier.
They have a large flat screen TV on the wall and another smaller
flat screen at the bar. Having been a bartender years ago, I sit at
the bar and chat with the bartender. Plus, the service tends to be a
little quicker and I usually reward that with a very nice tip!
Give each of them a try and decide which one you like best.
Royals to all!
