for Denny, for short term play try the max-royal stratergy, but
remember Mr Dancer is right, 2+2 always equal 4. No amount of
adjusting will change that, sorry.
for the person with tax problem, i am not surprised unfortunely, Plz
get help or better yet research & deal with the problem yourself.
Remember, following anothers advice without checking out their info
or credentials is what got the problem started.
IRS.gov & taxcourt.gov good place to start. start with Pub 17 & Pub
570? on how to correctly report gambling winnings & losses.
Mr Gaughn taking over the southcoast is great ! I posted when the
merger happen that if the Boyd Co. let the Coast people run the co it
would work, apparently they did not.
Selling the southcoast is a bad idea, no wonder Boyd stock price for
years did not move until the merger, the really cant run a company.
And please do not point out the Borgata success, that started out as
a joint venture between Mr Wynn & the old circus circus , Mr Wynn
deserve the credit for that wonderfull casino.
I hope you all notice how the stock analyst's on July 17 rush to say
how wonderfull the casino bizness is, how the stocks were real cheap,
how they a week later blasted station & Boyd & Harrahs & Wynn when
Station missed the expected number, but if they had bother to read
the report they would have discover most of the extra expense was due
to opening of Red Rock, higher tax brackets & higher than excpeted
interest expense to BUY back their stock. HMM if they think it is a
good buy who would know better??
The fact the casino stocks sold off for a few days at large volume,
but ALL have put in nice 5 to 10% uptick this week.
Wynn hires Jack Binion ,that should help alleviate the worry what
will happen if Mr Wynn eyesight gets worse & he must retire.
Wynn Macau opens in Sept. LVsands says the hold for the table games
is SEVEN times what the hold is in Vegas. Wynn is averging $8500 per
day in Vegas, so if Wynn Macau does at well we are looking at 59 to
60k a day times 100 tables?? Six million a day = $540 million a
quarter or 2 billion a year??? VERY LOFTY numbers & may be too high
but just might be doable. Even at 50 tables thats 1 BILLION a year.
All numbers above are from the various reports the companies involved
have released . avalible on internet CHECK THEM OUT YOURSELF
