Unless it’s your first year achieving Diamond status when you can use it immediately, you get the Diamond Celebration dinner (starting Feb. 1 of the following year) only if you earn at least 15,000 tier credits, but no more than 149,000 tier credits. Once you qualify for Seven Stars, you get only the five $100 dining certificates.
