I have lost one, although it wasn't really a big hand. MGM Detroit.
Playing DB, one of the three 3's magically un-held itself, and the fourth 3 came
out. The tech verified that the third 3 was there on the deal, but the bastard
in the suit refused to do anything about it. Cost them a lot, too, as I've
told that story to many, many people locally.

problems or other malfunctions I get a tech over asap. They can review previous
hands. They can fix the problem or shut it down. Never lost a big hand due
to a malfunction.
