losing streaks and recovery methods

Thanks so much. I'm at the very end of that horrible year, just completing
a course of physical therapy. I'm walking pretty well and back to enjoying
life to the fullest. My best advice is to avoid falling if possible and
surely avoid breaking bones in your foot!!
