Al: I couldn't agree with you more on your insight, except for the one comment. I believe there are many, many more gamblers who really do know what they are doing in video poker than are on this or the other internet forums. What do we have, 4600 here or so? That's but a drop in the bucket. Many out there know the math and go to casinos to play when it favors them, and they don't want to put time in on internet discussions. They just want to line their pockets with money.
The problem is, we and they all know how to go at the game to win, but most don't. I like the free food and rooms et al, but there's usually a cost involved. So for a casino not to want a group of players like this doesn't seem probable. I know there's daily promotions ongoing in LV, and on the east coast I get flyers almost daily too. To me that says the more people who respond the better it is for the casinos, regardless of who they are.
