Howdy
TP in AC is in the throes of a major renovation...a more up- to- date look
fro soup to nuts.
To me this does not mean diddly if the personnel show a lack of class or
respect for the players or of not of service when needed.
For instance, I cannot remember a time when the floor people.which may
include security, slot folks and so on did not engage in loud conversation and
shout across the floor to a fellow employee. This is classless and demeans the
experience of playing at the casino. IMHO.
I mentioned before that some servers wear potent perfume in the no smoking
tower which drives me sane.
Then we have the slot maintainence crew. When they finish servicing a
machine they tend to slam it shut with total disregard . I have witness one after
the other. No respect there either.
In the non smoking tower they have only one server who is overworked.
Yesterday was a sell-out crowd. I waited close to two hours for her to come down my
row... but she never did.
Fortunately I hit a RF and vacated the premises and quenched my thirst with
bottled water waiting for me in my car.
I guess I deserve my call letters.
