Looking for weekend buffet

I don't want to pay the weekend upcharge that seems to be standard now
for the fancy strip spreads. I have been going to Palms Bistro because
of their great $8.99 Saturday lunch but my palate needs a change.

I'd like something a little better than Station/Coast caliber. Any
suggestions? Thoughts on South Point/Silverton?

I'm reluctant to recommend a buffet since tastes vary widely, but I
can say that the Silverton Saturday buffet is a brunch not lunch. I
think it's a bit overpriced but I'm usually using free food vouchers
so it doesn't matter so much to me. I always find something I like
there.

The South Point buffet is very similar to the Coast buffets since
Michael Gaughan owned them all at one time.

You might try the M Resort buffet on down the road from Silverton and
South Point.

green valley ranch is/has been very good a little more than other stations buffets though

M is just as expensive as the strip places, if not more, on weekends.
