If you do not frequent AC enough to be able to take advantage of
bounce back cash offers then The Sands maybe the way to go. They
have an incrediable 5x cash back offer for new members and The Sands
is the only place in AC to offer same day cash back. They have 1
$.25 9/6 JOB, 2 $.50 9/6 JOB, 2 $1 9/6 JOB and 1 $5 9/6 JOB, not
very many but they are never occupied. I have always been able to
walk up to any of them any time (unless my wife was on the one I
wanted).

I was just at AC this weekend and played some JOB at the Sands,
although I earned about 80 Points, cash was not available; evidently
they do some sort of bounce back on the bonus points. Also played
JOB at Borgata (stayed there) and at Harrah's and pickem and 9/5
double jokers at Bally's.

I would have suggested speaking to someone at the Promotions center,
as I am currently looking at the Sands Card brochure and the Sands
Card New Players brochure. New memeber flyer states " Now Earn Cash
5x's Faster. This is an exclusive offer just for new members.
There is no limit! 50 Points = $50, 100 Points = $100, 1,000 Points
= $1000. *Must reach 50 point thrshold for Same-Day Cashback." The
Sands Card brochure that explains the cashback procedure advises
that you "Get Sam-Day cash when you earn at least 50 points in one
gaming day and withdraw it right from the machine you are playing!"
This is what they call "ActionCASH". Cash is availiable when
the "$" is lit up on the card reader. Note that not every machine
will allow you to withdraw the ActionCash. Example, I will sit at
the 8/5 JOB machine, get the action cash, use TITO to get the
cashout and then insert that into the 9/6 JOB machine which does not
dispurse ActionCASH.
Sands "bounce back" cash will start rolling into you in a month or
two (they are generally slow getting you on the list). You should
receive offers for $15 each month, with special 2x,3x,4x random
multiplier opportunities.

The literature I've read for the Sands AC new member 5x cb promotion
states that the bonus cashback is bounceback and not available
immediately.
Otherwise, cashback earned is credited immediately after earning at
least 50 points ($5). If I recall correctly, Platinum members are not
subject to that minimum.
In the case of their occasional 2x cashback promo days, the standard
portion of cashback can be redeemed immediately but the bonus portion
is not available until after the 1st of the following month.
