For what it is worth:
There is a new casino (for me) in Leichester Square
called Empire. You have to be a member to enter but
all you have to do is how passport or drivers' license
and then entry is free for members.
In the past, I recall having to have coat and tie to

In UK casinos there usually is a 24 or 48 (I can´t remember) hour
waiting period after registration. Then you are a member and can get
in any time you want without charge. When you are a member, you can
bring guests in with you. You are then responsible for them.

I believe it is. I have never seen any video poker in London. However
I haven´t been there in a while so things may have changed.
