Local vs Tourist Best Offers

I have lived in Las Vegas and now live close by in California, I
would like some advice on which casinos should I keep as a "Local"
and which are better for Tourists?

I know MGM is better as a tourist, and Stations seems to be better as
a local, any other thoughts or suggestions would be helpful, since
I'm coming in next week to change some to where I live and I will
keep some to my mailing address in Las Vegas.

My play level is toward the lower levels, I think from Stations I'm
only getting $50 per month at various properties, but I haveen't
played there in over 7 months now.

Casinos I would like any info on:

Silverton, Harrah's (I'm Diamond), Wynn, LVH, Circus Circus, Rampart,
Sams, AZ Charlie's, El Cortez, Binions, and Coasts.

And any others you have.

Four Queens is good to tourists.
